Generational Wellness specializes in integrative approaches for several psychiatric complications. As medical professionals and counselors, we prescribe different therapies to help those afflicted with complex mental and behavioral health issues. We engage in collaborative efforts with the care recipient to fully dole out the most effective method of treatment.
Since we are outcomes-based when determining positive changes, we advocate goal-setting in all our programs for stabilization, relapse prevention, interventions, and more to complete healthier lives. We believe that each patient is unique that is why we make sure to personalize our care plans that best fit their needs.
Furthermore, we offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, including alcohol dependence.
Our psychological care includes initial psychiatric/substance abuse evaluation, electronic medication prescription, brief counseling/education on disease processes, and medication management with ongoing care that includes lab work, and level monitoring. We work with your, case managers, PCP and we can provide specialty referrals.
Our office and telehealth based visits include but not limited to Psychiatric/substance abuse follow-up assessment, medication titration (prescribed electronically), brief disease process and medication counseling/education, lab work, and level monitoring.

Dr. Rosa Norris comes to Generational Wellness with over 28 years of experience in several health institutions. Our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner understands the importance of quality care and is ready to work with you to achieve your healthcare goals.

Ylanda (Eve) Lindsey is a native of South Carolina and transplanted to Arizona. She is a seasoned professional with over 10 years’ experience in the mental health care industry. Presently, she is seeking her doctoral degree in behavioral health at Arizona State University in their management program. She has several years of experience providing care services for children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Eve studied at Converse College for three and a half years as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). During her tenure at Converse College, she worked as a clinical MFT intern at the Westgate Family Therapy and Family Institute where her clinical practice provided her with the skills necessary to tackle individual and family dynamics and issues. Eve worked towards licensing and (MFT) degree before making a change to serve her community. She received her Master of Art degree in Community Counseling from Webster University (2010)– Greenville where she obtained training and education in working with communities to address the disparities and mental health issues within her community. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in organizational management from Converse College (2005) and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management of Information Systems from Spartanburg Community College (2001).
Subsequently, she moved to Arizona in 2012 to broaden her talents and skills by working in public and private sectors within the mental health and substance abuse fields as a therapist with job titles of social worker, case management, group facilitator, life coach and counselor. Currently, she is licensed as an associate counselor (LAC) for the state of Arizona. She is an active member of the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC). Here she is the program manager for the outpatient behavioral health services which includes individual, group and family counseling, domestic violence program and driving under the influence (DUI) program and some of her key areas at Generational Wellness PLLC include program development, exploration of the substance abuse and mental health disparities within communities and historical trauma in minorities. We welcome her and her experience to this clinic and she looks forward to working with our clientele to meet the mission and vision of our founder Dr. Rosa Norris.
